Electrical Engineering We create circuit diagrams and cable harnesses and ensure the selection of suitable components and their compliance with standards in order to develop functional and safe electrical systems. This also includes testing, troubleshooting and the creation of technical documentation to make the design transparent and comprehensible. Design Solutions Our industrial design perspective offers our customers not just one, but many creative solution variants. We accompany the entire development process from the beginning including market analyses and sketches, design concept variants, detail in 3D and create HD visualizations for better decision-making. Learn more Simulation & Calculation We examine design solutions for stiffness and fatigue strength, calculate mechanical (bolted-/welded-) connections and the behavior of GRP and CFRP components. We also carry out thermal and structural analyses to optimize weight and reduce material costs while ensuring safety in accordance with standards. Lighting Our expertise for all lighting development projects includes both mechanical and optical product development. We support these with FEM and CFD calculations and extensive knowledge, especially for injection-molded components. For example, we develop headlights and rear lights for well-known customers, as well as interior-/signaling- and functional lighting. HR Services We also support our customers in their search for specialized technical personnel on site. We are flexible to specific requirements and offer both temporary engineering support from our project office, including daily business trips, as well as targeted recruitment and provision of personnel over a longer period of time.
